Let me get this straight re: the Michelle Obama thing.

Michelle Obama joked that she was cute (she being herself), and that wasn't the reason to vote for someone, the media thinks that she equals Palin and want a Michelle/Palin catfight...is this actually being covered anywhere else other than Morning Prick? Meanwhile, McCain fucking up relations with one of America's most intregral allies is not considered a gaffe? Am I getting these events straight?

10. I came here this morning

and saw "Michelle/cute" threads, and was like "What the hell is this about?" And even if she WAS saying that you shouldn't vote for someone because they're cute, so fucking what? The GOP is the one with the hottest governor buttons...plus, they've been saying for months that you shouldn't vote for Obama just because he is an "attractive, charismatic person". And also, the media ignores Cindy saying dumbfuck things all the time, like the Alaska next to Russia equals foreign policy credentials, the only way to get around Arizona is in a plane, that it's not sexist for Rush to call Palin a babe, bc "she is!" The media is trying their hardest. And I'm sure the GOP has used the "cute" line against fucking John Edwards before or something. It's all so sick.

and Michelle was talking about thinking about your choices when voting...
and in a list of reasons, she said don't vote just because they're cute...

then a pause, like she realized it would be construed as her meaning Palin (she never mentioned names)
and she laughed and said, I was talking about me when I said cute.

When it happened, I knew is was something the media would try to spin...
it was cute and funny at the time
