I mean it's totally fucking laughable, and so obviously mimicking Obama's message.

I can't believe ANYONE is taking it the least bit seriously; in fact I'm surprised
the McCain/Palin "Change" motif isn't the laughing stock of the nation.

1. They also tried to copy parts of the Democratic...
...convention. And I have noticed they are choosing 'theme music' that was also used at Obama events.

But my favorite of all was during the primary...when McCain was questioned about climate change...he used an answer that John Kerry had said in several speeches as much as two years ago.

When you have no ideas of your own...

2. It's kind of encouraging in a way, in that it's a complete reversal of much of the recent past.
... where the Dems foolishly believed they needed to look and act more like Republicans to get elected.

Now McCain's convinced he needs to look and sound more like a Democrat to have a prayer in Nov. Wow,
now that's a seismic shift if you ask me.

And I think we have Howard Dean, Obama, Biden and Kucinich, et. al. for this reversal, in how
they all weighed in during Primaries, and succeeded in staking out what the party really stands
for today in a way that connects with voters, and in a way that's also clearly in alignment with the
best of the Democratic tradition.

... and I think that's coming through, despite the M$M's best efforts to quash it or ignore it ..
and I think the voters are getting it loud and clear.

6. He used Earth Wind and Fire!
I heard him use "September" after that speech at the RNC and I nearly blew a gasket!

3. john finally comes out and says it
long time lurker first time poster. What McCain has just said doesn't feel right to me. I feel like I'm being lumped in with terrorist. I read here where McCain said in his speech vote for me or you don't love America http://embeds.blogs.foxnews.com/2008/09/19/mccain-country-first-or-obama-first/
I really hope the campaign can make a big deal of this. It's not at all right.

5. John McCain has no honor
and he is a joke. An insanely dangerous jest but surely a joke as a person and a candidate for President of The United States of America.

Almost a laugh but really a cry. Not in my country!

8. Tweety kinda does-- but it's more like "You Republicans are trying to pretend that you're not!"
I think he's more disgusted by the fact that they're not even loyal to their party than their lies.
