The post-convention Palin bounce has hit its ceiling: Obama leads 49-47 in Ohio, tied in Florida
Edited on Wed Sep-17-08 04:51 PM by Edubb
This is the most encourage poll I've seen in weeks:

The CNN/Time Magazine/Opinion Research Corp. polls out Wednesday indicate the race for Florida and its 27 electoral votes is tied.

The poll shows a tight race for Ohio and its 20 electoral votes. The new survey suggests that 49 percent of registered voters in Ohio back Obama and 47 percent support McCain."

Obama could win without Florida and Ohio (if he maintains his lead in Colorado, Michigan, and Pennsylvania). But with Florida or Ohio, it's a lock.

For this reason, I'll be attending the Obama rally here in Jacksonville Florida this coming Saturday night. Is there anyone else in northeast Florida who will be attending? I think he'll be at our new arena, which holds 15,000. McCain was at the arena on Monday, but not many people attended.

4. The graphic was wrong. It's Obama 50%, McCain 47% in that poll. nt
