that the interview wasn't that bad, so I have no idea why they would complain (other then just to complain). I didn't see the third part when Cindy McCain came on. Maybe it got worse after that.

In all reality it was a pretty soft interview, no follow up questions and no real pressing of points. If they can't handle that how will they handle a real interview with a real journalist. I did like Barbara's body language after the first commercial break. She was mightily pissed off with him.

The BIGGEST political office, wait not an office at all, but a big White House. I think Cindy is too used to having servants to boss about so when they're called on shit, she just wants to fire them and hire someone else.

30. I recorded Cindy McCain appearance on The View a few months ago.

so that I would have video evidence of her statements in case I needed it later. I did the same with both Barack and Michele's appearances, as well as John McCain's.

The cast of the show was very nice and cordial to Cindy, even Whoopi and Joy Behar. They didn't rip into her since she wasn't a candidate, but talked woman-to-woman about family and such.

I guess that treatment is what possibly caused Cindy to tell John that going on the show was a good idea, thinking he'd be treated with the same kid gloves.

No such luck.

When Michele Obama was on The View, they were also very nice and cordial with her (even Elizabeth Hasselbeck). They joked about the "fist bump" and talked about her life, how she met Barack, the kids, etc.

However, when Barack was on the show, they talked a lot about policies and such, and focused on issues important to women, since women make up the vast majority of their viewing audience. Health care, the war, education, taxes, helping young married couples, etc.

I guess they should have reviewed Barack's appearance on The View to gauge what John McCain would have been facing himself by going on the show.
