Rove and Guliani Think Both Campaign's Ads Are Too Negative?
Isn't it strange how they are suddenly concerned. They think they should have more town hall style discussions. Hmmm! I'll tell you why the sudden concern. The deceptive, fear-mongering, distorted lies that the McSame campaign have been running are hurting McSame, badly, very badly and they know it. So now they think there should be a truce. Screw them and McSame too! only they are spewing lies and filth and avoiding real issues that matter to real Americans.

Understand that any campaign ad that compares you to your opponent is negative by default. Think about it, would you run an ad that says how great your opponent is? Jeez, why not just tell the viewers to vote for your opponent.

The difference between McSame's ads and Obama's are starkly different. McSame's ad are simply just not true or they are fear-mongering or worse. While Obama's ads may be biting, they are all based on facts about McSame's record or the issues, not outrageous lies and distortions like McSame's.

No wonder these two wish these ads to stop, they hurt their boy way too much. Not only Obama's ads pointing out the facts about McSame and Flailin' and the issues , but McSame's own ads will be his downfall And, if they didn't notice, many Americans do pay attention to shows such as the view and interviews by Charles Gibson and they are taking notice.

4. After that nasty Guliani convention speech
he has the gall to say things are too negative? Go crawl under a rock, Rudy. Any lingering amount of respect I might have ever had for you for 9/11 evaporated completely that night.

7. To Be Fair
Obama's ad attacking McCain on Education is a distortion as well. Defend, yes. Attack, yes. Stoop to the same level, no.

Bullshit. What these sleaze artists are doing is trying to neutralize Obama by painting him with the same brush as McCain. They are lying. Only McCain has gone negative, and only McCain has been lying. This is clearly a Rove tactic. They figure if they point out that both candidates are lying, it will hurt Obama worse. It's borderline racist.

14. This Ad is a bit over the top
http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/school_funding_misleads.html

My opinion is all Obama has to do in this election is strongly refute distortions of hisown record. Fighting distortion with distortion makes the slate even in the minds of the independents. With the media's sudden interest in fact-checking ads, Obaa is ceding away an advantage if the campaign keeps going in this direction. It's in the bag, his to lose, play solid defense and run the clock out.

I'm wondering if your on the right website here. There is no comparison of this ad to the outright nasty of what McSames people are putting out.

10. Um
Right then. The strategy is.... what?

Im going with "lets paint them together" in the hopes that then all their crap will rebound on both, rather than just them. If they can get everyone to hate everyone...

13. Watch how suddenly the McCain ads will become real nice to Obama
Then they will cry to the media how negative Obama is.

There is a reason Rove is saying both are too negative. He is setting up for something else.
