How About If Obama Shows Up At A mccane event Unannounced, And . . .
Saw this on Bartcop:

"Your advice in this section is some of the best I have heard. I wish Obama would make you
an advisor to counter attack Rove. For Obama to show up un announced at a McCain function
to say "I'm here to call you out" would also shut McCain up about Obama being too afraid to do
his "town hall" tour.

A simple stunt like that would shoot Obama straight into the White House. "

I don't know, but I kinda like it.

4. Well, Shit Then
Just me I guess. I kinda liked the idea of mccane being caught off guard (which doesn't take much), and looking like the mummy he is. mummy and his mommy . . .

5. Ford lost because of a nasty, sleazy ad that
connected him to a "white" woman. Scared the shit out of the rednecks in Tenn.

6. That is one of many factors
But Ford's stunt got bad press and seemed juvenile and petty. Even if he was in the right.

8. Only thing with a Presidential Candidate surrounded by media and the secret service
the surprise factor wouldn't work well.

10. I'm not so sure I agree with doing that. All the appearances McNuts makes
are filled with RW nuts! I can see the whole crowd (no matter how small it is) making a BIG STINK over what they would see as Obama invading their tera tory and picking a fight. I can see a pre-arranged meeting but not a surprise one. I would expect the same nasty reaction if McNut made a surprise visit to an Obama speech!

11. Even if he could get in un noticed, it's too creative and "out there" for the timid.
I love the idea of doing something suprising and different, but the DLC type hand-wringers would hate it.

Pundits would hate it too-"He's desperate" would be the talking point- or "he is turning this into a circus."

I think the public would find this kind of theater to be interesting & refreshing, but we will never find out if I'm right.

13. Maybe for greater effect, he can be shirtless, wearing spandex pants
Edited on Fri Sep-12-08 07:34 PM by TlalocW
And carrying a large gold and bejeweled belt over his shoulder.

On edit: Even better! Someone pointed out that he wouldn't be able to get in unnoticed so he'll have to crash a McCain event held indoors in a gym or something, and after a few minutes of McCain talking, the lights need to go out, a heavy metal song starts playing, and a spotlight hit the rafters, where you see Barack. He does a pose for the camera then slides down a rope to the stage where he gets in McCain's face, and challenges him to a Texas Chain Debate. McCain is flummoxed but agrees and when Barack turns his back, McCain hits him with a folding chair, and McCain, Palin, Norm Coleman, and Joe Lieberman surround him and start kicking him until up the aisles runs Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Ned Lamont (to take on Lieberman) who clear everyone off Barack except McCain, who Barack then grabs and throws off the stage while all the democrats whomp on the republicans/dem-traitors until they run off the stage as well. The dems surround Barack and lift up his hands in victory while the heavy metal song plays again.

I watched a lot of wrestling with my dad when I was younger.
