Sarah Palin
The consensus view here is she is a dullard and unfit to be vice-president or president however that isn't how she is being viewed by a plurality or majority of Americans...I would argue that the latter view is infinitely more important...

Can we change that view?

And if we can't change that view how does that affect out prospects?

I didn't think Ronald Reagan, Dan Quayle, and George W Bush were the sharpest tools in the shed but a plurality or majority of Americans disagreed with my assessment...

1. IMO, Andrew Sullivan pegged Palin most aptly: "immense incuriosity, minimal education and
fact-resistant ambition."

I'd quip Sarah Palin is "W" in a skirt. :(

2. and W is a 2 term president.
note I didn't say he was elected twice, however we under-estimate these people at our peril.
