McCain is the trojan horse folks.

Therefore Palin could be the issue after all.

3. Not Exactly. Dobson, Perkins, and
the organized far-right religious right are in the shadows. The American Taliban.

7. Palin is a parrot of GOPAC talking points and theocrats - RevMoon controls Alaska's fishing industry
and likely has been behind Palin's rise as he exerts enormous influence on BushInc and the GOP and has for decades now.

14. Shouldn't be a surprise about Alaska, since Moon has controlled more than HALF this nation's
fishing industry for well over a decade by now. Couldn't have happened without his 50+ years alliance with the Bush family.

9. If McCain Steps down she becomes President and Names her VP, Jeb Bush
Edited on Thu Sep-11-08 10:10 AM by Boz
Who do you suppose Palin will pick as VP, you know the powerless position that Dick Cheney has used as a Unitary Executive with Legislative and Executive powers and protection.

My money is on Jeb Bush, there ya go an Internet Guy said Jeb Bush and no there is nothing stopping her, if we lose this election and McCain steps down you will see a continuance of a 40 year regime, so now, why do we fight so hard to get Obama elected.

They are already loading her up with Bushs people

Palin team stocked with Bush veterans

2. Shh.... we're not supposed to focus on Palin b/c the Republicans talking heads
and the Clintons are saying that Obama should ONLY be focusing on the issues.

5. Just b/c there is a STRONG likelihood that she will have to take over
for McCain is no reason to worry. Didn't you get the memo from the genius Washington consultants, we are only to focus on McCain (but not his explosive temper issue, that wouldn't be viewed as playing well with others).

8. And that IS the most terrifying thing we face. The American Taliban.
Religious extremism morphed into a death cult with nukes.

12. Focus on her if you want, but Obama will lose if he does.
Obama is running against McCain, just as Dukakis ran against George Bush. Dan Quayle was the least qualified person we've ever had close to the White House, and Dukakis repeatedly tried to make him the issue, and in the end, it did nothing except allow Bush to attack Dukakis while Dukakis was distracted.

I don't care what we think of McCain's long-term health or mental stability, the media is going to pretend he's a viable candidate, and that's the only message the voters are going to get, and if Obama wastes his time campaigning against Palin, McCain is going to have a free ride.

10. Palin should choose a different running mate while there is still time.
McCain is proving to be a drag on the ticket. (His talking to seven women in a diner the other day while Palin blessed the gathered multitudes should give you an idea of the scale of the problem.) The question is, who will she choose? Probably someone similar to herself, but who? Well, I just don't know. Tsk. Who, who, who?
