So... is Palin's son being shipped to Iraq today?
Palin made it very apparent that her son will be sacrificed at the alter of the Oil Gods, I mean, will be deployed on September 11. Not September 10. Not September 12. 9/11.

It was obviously a political ploy to use the 7th anniversary of 9/11 to coincide with Palin's son Track to head over to Iraq.

So where is he?

1. Ole' Drug Addict Track.
Vandalizes a school bus and is told "Prison or political exploitation for your mama" in Iraq.

Poor son of a bitch.

2. No--that was a big fucking lie to exploit both her son's service and a national tragedy
in one fell swoop.

4. Today will only be a ceremony
Where she will speak in front of the troops. It's going to be a non-political, very political event. He actually will leave anywhere from next week to 3 months from now.

6. And Charles Gibson will be right there. He fell right into it when they told him when she would
interview. You won't see this PR ploy on the cutting room floor.

5. Very publicly and with great fanfare
He will then, with no media attention whatsoever, be assigned a very safe "liason" post with Blackwater where the closest he ever gets to actual combat is when he masturbates while looking at his rifle.

10. I think they usualy go for shots and such first before actually leaving the country.
It took a couple months prep for my brothers battalion to actually leave the country. Another Army reserve friend was in upstate new york for a few weeks before they actually left the country also.
