Obama's visit to Lancaster (a blue city in a VERY red county) was an outdoor event (which allowed them to make room for a lot more people than they expected (see JimGinPA's pix on other threads ... they're GREAT!)). McCain/Palin's event Tuesday will be an indoor one in Lancaster -- the "capacity crowd" (according to the local paper) is 6,500 (and that's how many are expected, based on the number of tickets issued by the local GOP). By holding their rally inside and limiting attendance, McCain will be drawing less than HALF of what Obama drew.

Interesting.
