In what way is McCain/Palin ANY different than Bush/Cheney...?

If they think that McCain/Palin are 'mavricks' all one has to do is show them the record. They are running on the party that they are trying to separate themselves from. How can they be mavericks, and run as Republicans? The Republicans are trying to run away from being Republicans, which is absurd. I think if they lose in November, we will see them change their name to something else, in an attempt to rebrand themselves.
