Why Does The GOP Hate The Constitution? Why Do They Buy Into This "Maverick" B.S.?
Palin's comment that stood out even more than her other 30 or 40 idiotic statements was this one:
"Al Qaeda terrorists still plot to inflict catastrophic harm on America ... he's worried that someone won't read them their rights."

Is it too much to ask the GOP to observe our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS? For those of us who have been paying attention, ever since the PATRIOT ACT - any one of us can be accused of being a terrorist and be taken to various undisclosed locations in order to be tortured to gain information - I do not find the Constitution to be "just a GodDamned piece of paper" and I want anyone and everyone who IS arrested to be read their rights and to have those rights OBSERVED.

And as more proof that this "pitbull" is nothing more than a liar:

Our nominee doesn't run with the Washington herd."

Oh, really? I do believe Sarah, that your candidate is a fucking whore for the Washington elite and was eating cake with the leader of "The Washington Herd" while New Orleans was drowning in the wake of Hurricane Katrina:

More LIES:
"Our opponents say, again and again, that drilling will not solve all of America's energy problems - as if we all didn't know that already. But the fact that drilling won't solve every problem is no excuse to do nothing at all.'

Maybe you missed this:
Overall, it calls for investing $150 billion over 10 years to create new clean-energy jobs and to cut U.S. dependence on imported oil from the Middle East and Venezuela.
The medium and long-term plan calls for policies to promote renewable energy, clean-tech jobs, and energy efficiency. Specifically, the plan's goals are:
Putting 1 million U.S.-built plug-in hybrid cars on the road by 2015 through loan guarantees for retooling automakers and a $7,000 consumer tax credit.
A mandate that 10 percent of electricity come from renewable sources by 2012 and 25 percent by 2025.
Cap and trade-based climate regulations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions 80 percent from 1990 levels by 2050. A portion of the proceeds from auctions would go toward next-generation biofuels. http://news.cnet.com/8301-11128_3-10007574-54.html

1. A "maverick" cannot be a leader
from the very definition of the word. A "maverick" is often a lone wolf or a loose cannon, by definition this is not someone who can inspire loyalty or respect from a large group of people.

2. They hate the Constitution because they are totalitarians who worship charisma.

3. They hate the Constitution because it was written by
liberal, open minded free thinkers who refused to adhere to conservative ways. The Constitution could never have been written by conservatives and that's why they hate it so.
