Richter might have been pretty broken up after Debbie, his wife cheated on him, and then later applied for a marriage license with the guy she was cheating with... Did Sarah console him? And Todd Palin fired the Debbie's lover (he was working for the Palins)...

There at least a couple Quitclaim Deeds Debbie Richter signed over to her husband and Palin business partner.

14. He's been there all along - the cameras stayed off him except

for a blip when they accidently pulled the camera out from a tight shot of Palin and Cindy and the baby was briefly shown in the row behind, being passed down that row out of the camera shot.
