DU Should Forgo Standard Tradition and Allow a Thread For the Football Game Tonight in GD:P

Normally, football threads should be confined to the Lounge, and that's appropriate. But since John McCain and the GOP are trying to compete with the NFL tonight, I think it's only fitting that a football thread should eb allowed in GD : P tomnight.
