RNC's first day theme? What else?....9/11!

The exploitation starts.

Well as we all expected, the RNC's day one of their convention begins with the attacks of 9/11/01. If I were a relative or friend of somebody who died in those attacks I would be seriously sick to my stomach. They are going to play it to the hilt.

I expect them to be out on the streets to protest this thing as well as the thousands who have showed up.

I will not participate. I was not in NYC or DC, lost no friends or relatives, but I assure you that I do not need the Republican National Convention to remind me of the awful feelings going through me on that day.

In a strange twist, the attacks as horrific and tragic as they were, were the best thing that could have happened to Bush. If these attacks would not have taken place, some other Republican would have won the nomination.
