Palin got votes in Alaska.

IL 13th District population = 781,037 residents in Obama's district that he served for 8 years.

sixteen US cities have more people....that's not including metro areas

hundreds of counties have more people than Alaska

is it 47 states have more people?

Total population of Illinois' 13th District- 781,000

He represented 100k more people as a state senator than Palin has as a Governor of an entire state.
