PRINCETON, NJ -- The Democratic convention appears to have helped solidify support for Barack Obama among former Hillary Clinton supporters, with the percent saying they will vote for Obama in November moving from 70% pre-convention to 81% after the convention, and the percent certain to vote for Obama jumping from 47% to 65%.

I know this poll has been posted here before, but I think we should all take a moment to say thank you to the Hillary Clinton supporters out there who have come back home to the party that stands for the values and policies they believe in.

We're all in this together so every vote for the Democratic ticket of Obama/Biden is another step away from the misery the bush*/cheney administration have brought us and mcsame/failin want to continue.

I know Obama may not be your first, second or third choice. But he is far better than McCain/Palin. And he will do more for the rights and needs of all of us.

11. What is striking

Is that Hillary really was attracting a lot of support from women across the political spectrum. The fact that 35% are still considering not supporting Obama says a lot. Although I was happy with the Biden pick, too bad Obama didn't pick Hillary instead. But, really, who knows. If it had been Hillary as VP, the whole race would play out differently.

I'll admit I was furious with HRC during the primaries, but she did the right thing and got on board with us, and the vast, vast, vast, vast majority of Clinton supporters are also with us!

I was an Obama supporter throughout the primaries, and if HRC had won the nomination I would be supporting her now because I am a DEMOCRAT before being a particular candidate's supporter. It wasn't just Obama supporters who voted in record numbers in our primaries. Hillary's supporters were just as responsible for those incredible vote totals.

The only enemies that any Democrats have at this point are REPUKES, every last lying, thieving, theocratic, batshit crazy one of them.
