Does the Obama campaign have a plan?

Are they going to do anything to blunt the criticism and the attacks? Even on PBS, they had a McCain spokesperson, but I don't think they had an Obama spokesperson during the Democratic Convention. I sure hope I wake up tomorrow and discover that the Obama campaign has a plan of action.
