"I like your sign!"

I live in a red county in rural NE PA - today - while filling my car - a man with a Vietnam Vet hat - told me - "I like your sign" ( Obama 08 in my car window)
then while getting milk at the grocery - the kid at the check out told me - "Good Choice!" when he saw my Obama pin - while we were talking the woman next to me said " I cannot believe what that woman ( Palin) is doing to her daughter - it is just cruel!"

it was great - 3 out of 3 supporters for Obama - 3 very different demographics
never saw it coming in this very Republican county
I made sure to ask them all if they were registered and to bring their friends and family to vote for Barack Obama - told them we would be lucky as a country if we can get him in office - and the Vet told me - "I think your right"
By the way - he was originally for Hillary and loves Joe Biden!!

1. Great story. i was just watching MSNBC and they were saying McCain

was having to spend money typically in places you would think he wouldn't have to like NC and he was getting support in some areas that were pretty conservative.

3. Love stories like these

I had my hair trimmed by a new stylist last week. She saw my Obama pin on my purse, and we talked the entire time about the speech the night before. She had missed it, so I pointed her to go to his site, and to youtube. Her husband was in his last couple years in the Army in Ft Hood and both were voting Obama.

I STILL have seen exactly ONE McCain sticker so far. One.

to northern PA and saw 10 Obama bumber stickers and no - zero - mcsame over last weekend
