Does anyone know if Jill will keep teaching if Joe wins with Obama? I think she should still try to do that.

17. I think when they get to that level, they pretty much have to kiss their

normal lives goodbye. I'm guessing the Secret Service might be the deciding vote. Too bad - she has a passion for teaching. But she DOES have other passions as well that she could pursue, with the heft of the administration behind her.

While working full-time and raising a family, Jill earned two masters degrees: a Master's degree in English from Villanova University (1987) and a Master's degree in reading from West Chester University (1981). She graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts (1975).

This past January, Jill earned a Doctorate in Education from the University of Delaware in 2007. Her dissertation focused on how to retain students in community colleges.

She can read, she can write and she teaches. She qualified to be a member of POEM (Professional Organization of English Majors). Nothing will get done in the White House - Jill, Michelle and Barack will be up all night arguing fine points while Joe tries to carry the entire load.
