Bush: ‘I am not going to come in second' (CRAZY quotes from aWol today)
Edited on Fri Aug-27-04 08:15 PM by nu_duer
on edit: I believe these are from yesterday. Hope this isn't a dupe.

This is one scary 'effin maniac...

snip:
---------------------
In a 30-minute interview with USA TODAY on Thursday as he flew from his Texas ranch to a campaign rally in Las Cruces, N.M., Bush was expansive and upbeat. He said he will describe his vision for a second term in his convention speech Thursday. The convention will contrast his record and agenda with Sen. John Kerry's without trying to “bludgeon” his Democratic opponent, he said.
----------------------

Oh, he's just gettin' warmed up. Try to follow this at your own risk.

snip:
-----------------------
“The real question is who's got a vision of peace and of freedom and liberty — liberty abroad and liberty at home, liberty at home being having the tools necessary to cope with a changing world. And that's really the question,” he said.
------------------------

WHAT was the question???!!! This is a man who has clearly gone over the edge. Clearly. Here's more:

snip:
------------------------
Bush said he believes voters won't deny him a second term even if they disagree with the war.

“They've seen me make decisions, they've seen me under trying times, they've seen me weep, they've seen me laugh, they've seen me hug,” he said. “And they know who I am, and I believe they're comfortable with the fact that they know I'm not going to shift principles or shift positions based upon polls and focus groups.”
-----------------------

so what's up with them wmds, uniter?

Edited on Fri Aug-27-04 08:20 PM by tandot
We'll liberate every f*cking country who HE thinks should be liberated...

And here is something for you, lurking freepers: Get your children ready...if Bush gets four more years, they need the draft to replenish the soldiers who have been killed off by Bush's wars. Maybe you can teach them how to shoot so they require less training before they are send off to die for YOUR "great" leader...

Someone said that on a call in radio show last night. LOL

Now, the RNC hints at moving more to the center to bring in more voter interest...HA.. Of course then they'd just move back to the hard right afterwards..

Bush--->"I'm not going to shift principles or shift positions" Hardy har har...
