"You guys don't seem to get it. She has the highest approval rating (80%) of any governor. (in a state with a population of 670,000+. florida has over 18 million.) She has been cleaning up a mess in the state and that includes Republicans. She knew she would have a beautiful baby and did not abort it. She is Christian. Her husband is blue collar at BP so she understands the Middle class. Her husband is Alaskan Indian so she clearly has an affinity for people not just a segment of the people. She knows Russia becuase she is not too far from Russia and that is an Alaskan issue due to proximity. (huh?) She is very strong in economics which is what foreign policy is all about. ( how does her beauty pageant days and journalism degree make her an economist? i guess she can balance her checkbook.) She is a great fit and she is fit herself. She is not Washington so that fits with a change. She is a woman; I can't believe we might have a female VP. You can take issue with her selection but that is from those predisposed. There could not be a more Cross the Aisle choice while still upholding the ideals."

and then there's this . . .

"OMG, it's Dan Quayle in a tiara! With a gun!"

:applause:

the comments are coming fast and furious now.
