Frame: How Biden could treat the Palin choice
Edited on Fri Aug-29-08 10:46 AM by zulchzulu
Joe Biden should just continue going after McCain full-throatedly. He should treat Palin as a lovely woman who has a wonderful family but basically is not qualified to be commander-in-chief by any means. He should firmly say she and John are very much in agreement with having the government decide what to do with woman's bodies.

If anything, he should joke about how she could have been the mayor on the show Northern Exposure. Gosh, he loved that show.

He should go after Palin's decision to want to drill in ANWAR, asking if she wants her children to pay for 3 months of oil that would come 10 years from now and destroy that part of Alaska.

I can't imagine that Palin has any real cred with foreign policy matters and a debate with him will just seem surreal.

Mostly, Biden should treat her like she was an Alaskan mayor of a town of 3,000. Paint that frame over and over again.

On edit: Palin apparently is for "intelligent design". Biden could chew on that for a bit. How cute that she thinks science is a fairy tale.

3. He should stay on McCain's ass.
and completely ignore Palin. As far as the VP debate goes, Team McCain already threw it to Biden with their choice. He doesn't have to do anything but be Biden.
