Why not Kay Bailey Hutchinson or even ... Condi?!
I understand why he chose a woman, but why did he choose someone with no experience?

I know everyone is laughing about this pick, but I'm very uneasy about it. What are we missing? Why does the GOP think she's a good choice?

2. I agree.
I don't know what to make of this yet. On one hand it takes the inexperience card off the table, on the other, this might steal just enough Hillary supporters to make a difference. Hmmm. It will depend on how hard Hillary comes out against her and persuades her supporters stick with us instead of crossing over.

8. from the little I have read here about Palin
it would seem like the Hillary voters would have a problem with her inexperience.
Hillary was formidable in that she had so much experience...Palin, not so much.

3. MAybe because the Pubs know they don't have a chance to win, so
they don't want to tarnish any of their perceived top candidates? McNuts is much worse than he was 10 years ago, and they're were fulfilling a promise made to HIM back then when the chose Shrub, but next time would be HIS TURN! I'd bet that Hutchinson & Condi both would have turned it down even if it had been offered!

7. Because Rove is intentionally throwing the campaign to emphasize
that americans wont' vote for a ticket with a woman on it.

Rove hates women and that is why he is doing this.

9. If he is throwing it, I don't care what his reasons are.
Obama and Biden will be elected. That's all that matters to me. :-)
