For all the nervous handwringers on Palin:
Quit being Nervous Nannies. I am so sick of Dems going all invertebrate whenever the Rethugs so much as breathe.

This is little more than a stunt on McSame's part.

All of his argument about Obama not being experienced is out the window. He sacrificed a central theme of his campaign by making this choice.

I'm sure Palin is a capable person, but Obama picked the perfect running mate to debate against her. Biden will cut her to bits, and do it with a smile. That's what he's best at.

And the Obama campaign will be very smooth and complimentary while carefully undercutting her. That's what they're best at.

If Hillary maintains her strong support of Obama, I'm sure she'll have a few choice words as well.

And all Palin does is make McSame look even older.

Calm down. Get to work. There's a tough campaign ahead, but it's going to be fine.

2. I'm not sure she's capable at all...
She has NO national experience whatsoever. She is not ready to be President.

He will not want any woman to be a heartbeat away from the Presidency. And McCain is old. Disastrous decision on the part of the McCain campaign.

This is going to make the Obama/Biden ticket look better, even to people who hate liberals like my dad.

Have they forgotten about the old, working class, chauvinistic white male vote? Stupid move for them.

5. The fact is...
...Hillary didn't do well among DEMOCRATIC men! In my own circle of democratic friends/family etc... not single male wanted Hillary. Personally I think they aren't ready for it on a subconscious level...fear of being emasculated.

McCain may have lost a large block of his voters in order to get Hillary's leftovers.

4. What this pick shows is
McCain';s internal polling is DISMAL. This is like being down seven poiints with four seconds to go and on your own two yard lins.

6. I agree.
Picking Romney or Pawlenty would have been like running from your own two yard line with four seconds left.

McCain needed a desperate move and we'll see if it works.
