Well, I suppose they could, but you can't just reschedule something like a convention for the following week. Most places big enough to hold a convention are booked months in advance. Unless they have already made backup plans, I don't see how they can do it. Delegates need to get off work. Thousands of rooms need to be booked. To move this back would be a gigantic mess. I'm lovin' it.

5. That would actually be to the Republicans advantage. It would
take some of the focus from Bush and that's good since every word out of his mouth causes people to wretch.

there is another tropical storm (that may turn hurricane) that looks like it should hit the east coast of Florida a few days later. the rethugs are screwed.
