Poll question: Which Republican would you like for VP? (aka who weakens McCain the most)
Edited on Thu Aug-28-08 11:12 PM by mckeown1128
I choose LIEberman. He is poison to McCain. He will shove so many votes to Bob Barr...that he might actually get a little media attention.

Sure FL would be gone...but so what. Obama's map replaces FL with CO, NV, IA, ID, NC, and NM.... we still win.

McCain could pick him to push the maverick theme... but I think the idiots buying into that are already in his camp.

What do you guys think? Who would you like for McCain's VP? (that is a likely choice...no Cheney or Rove answers)

4. My easy answer is Romney. Thousands and thousands of conservative evangelicals
will never vote for McCain with Romney on the ticket--just a heartbeat away from the presidency--literally. They firmly believe that Mormonism is a cult and a perversion of Christianity and is therefore of the Devil. McCain needs every evangelical vote he can get and Romney would hurt him there.

5. hmmm....good point...
I personally feel that Romney helps McCain turnout in CO, NV, NM, and MI...all tossups that we really need to win. I think that evangelicals can hold their nose for a vp to vote for a true pow/christian(as they would view Mcbullshit)

6. Much as I despise LieberToad, I gotta go with Mitt the Shitt;
hell, we'd just have to make the election a referendum on tying your dong to the roof of your car.

8. The question should not be who weakens him, how much weaker can he get?
it should be who could help him out of the depths of hell he himself has found he resides in.
