14. I just realized he could be my son! I can't be that old....

Seeing that sweet picture of him and his hippie-ish mom in a mini-dress, that got me in my heart. I have thought he would be good, but I just realized he has inherited the old hippie ethic which my children got from me. I am so proud of them, their caring, their creativity, their self-starting education, and I see that in him, too. He is more than the first African-American, he is the first spawn of my generation! Basically a 'love child' even though his parents were married. My first was like him.

I hope he does do what he said he would about FISA, and about alternative energy, and that.
