Right after he swears in. The charge could be election tampering, slander, or fraud or whatever. This would initiate an investigation by a special prosecutor and end his presidency. Impeach his running mate on the same count. Make Pelosi the president. It's not perfect but impeachment shouldn't be off the table if voters are disenfranchised AGAIN by all the pukes' methods. We can't let it happen 3 times in a row from crying out loud. The people want a Democrat and that's that.

9. Yep.
Storm the Capitol Building the day the GOP tries to make it official in the Senate.

Run the rats out.

13. exactly! they keep on stealing elections because they are allowed to. It astounds me
that people living in a "democracy" are so pathetically lazy about defending democracy...bloody sad, it is.

4. How's that going to happen?
If Pelosi can't find a reason to impeach Bush, I can't see her impeaching McCain on his first day. Even though it would be only fair- You know the Republicans will start their impeachment campaign for Obama on January 20th. (assuming he wins by enough to overcome the 'Diebold handicap') Of course if McCain does steal it, they'll probably steal the congressional majority back too...

8. Now that's the way to start off a Republican Presidency - criminal investigations from day one
Record of events for John McCain:

Day 1 - I was impeached today

Day 2 - Congress appointed a special prosecute to investigate both myself and my VP

Day 3 - The Supreme Court ruled that I was required to testify before Congress in the election tampering investigation

Day 5 - F^GK it, I resign

10. I hate to be a contrarian, but . . .
even if Congress grew some shiny balls and did the impeachment hearings,

if Congress did vote to remove McCain from office,

who's left to be President?

Joe Lieberman?

Mitt Romney?

Rudy Giuliani?

Conceded it's the process that counts as much as the results, I still would be uneasy with any of the three theoretical VP's becoming "Commander in Chief".

11. Your kidding right? Make Pelosi, the neo-con enabler the president…
I have a better idea, let’s impeach all of the neo-cons and hold them accountable, and that includes Pelosi…
