The lawyer cited by the Times, Robert Bauer of the Washington law firm Perkins Coie, had ``a limited role'' in the campaign during the primaries and doesn't work for it now, Kerry spokesman Phil Singer said. Singer added he didn't know when Bauer stopped working for the campaign. Bauer didn't return calls to his office.
