No jangling keys or the word "Clinton" so this'll probably sink.

Nevertheless; for those who care--

My father grew up poor, a tenant farmer; but he and his 7 brothers grew up to go to college and own homes because of something John McCain didn't support--the GI Bill. The entire middle-class was built largely because of the GI Bill.

They fought in WW2 because they believed in the cause and returned to the promise of higher education and home ownership; something completely unthinkable before the first GI Bill except to the wealthiest Americans. That promise remains today for many americans from poor backgrounds.

McCain didn't need a GI Bill to buy even one of his houses or got to college--but millions of people his age absolutely did.And they never forget it.

Edit: slight edit to SL; "if" to "target." It does make more sense.

3. Don't know what you mean by IF it is used. It's being used a lot already.
It has been used and re-used. We're getting mileage out of it and it has passed into campaign lore for comics to keep using.

And don't forget Biden musing about worrying about the family budget around the kitchen table, noting that JSM III would first have to figure out which of his seven kitchen tables to sit at.

We've been using it a lot and it is on the verge of overkill.

But there's no way that the concept will drop out of the campaign material.

John Sidney McCain III, with $520 loafers, 7 homes, a net worth of $40 million and a second wife with $100 million of her own.
