i'm sure of that. i've seen it in my own family and among friends.

maybe that's the most effective way. i'm beginning to think this will take care of itself soon enough. i also recognize that i don't have the credibility to change minds the way fellow travelers for Hillary would have with each other.

if Hillary were the nominee right now, however, i would be working on Obama supporters not yet in the fold.

after all, a Republican in the White House and the thousands of people he would appoint working 365 days a year against what i believe in is vastly different than any Democrat. and we know from the last 8 years what that difference looks like.

1. 99 percent of the people who supported HRC became Obama supporters...
...the moment he got the nod. They're called "Democrats."

4. Good point!
I do think that there are a few, a minority, of Hillary supporters that are still really upset, and are not going to vote for Obama, but the majority of those who say they are "Hillary supporters" are in fact republicans who switched parties to cause problems in the primaries, and are now trying to do the same thing at the convention. They want to make it look like the party is divided and will never come together. It's part of the republican tactics because they have "nothing" else to run on. Democrats need to show the world they are united, and that the country can not afford another 4 years of Bush policies, which is what McCain will give us!
