5. This is more evidence that Kerry

knows what he is doing. I doubted his ability to be an effective campaigner before, during, and after the primaries...then I realized I did not know his campaign history or how smart he is. Besides the backfire on bush, I think Kerry looked at an electoral map, saw how far he was up, and decided not to waste his government limited funds until he had to. It's more evidence the best man won.
