Logically it should only help us. (S)he causes controversies and people get pissed. However, (s)he fights by claiming things without any evidence. In a televised debate it could potentially hurt us. Something along the lines of "Why would you vote for someone who's middle name is Hussein?" It's those tricks of avoiding the question and throwing out lies which people will accept without evidence is what is hurting us now.

In addition, she's a woman, and I guarantee you it could attract the ten or eleven Hillary "suporters" who refuse to vote for Obama.
