My response started with (and it was a "reply to" of the string of people she'd sent her nasty e-mail to):

(Then I referred them to snopes.com and cut and pasted the truth in my e-mail. Hers had been a false email about Theresa Heinz Kerry, and it was on Snopes as a false email.)

You could choose to ignore it. But then, expect to get more.

I have a far right Repub family.....I make no excuses, and do not mince the truth, about my political leanings. I am not rude. I don't bring the subject up. But when asked for my opinion on this or that...I say it like it is.

I think my Dad, after all these years, has finally realized that I have been right all along about the energy problem and the environment. An oil-lovin' man, he NOW wants to know why the government isn't doing something to get us going in alternative or renewable energy!!!!!
