I think I was hoping for Richardson primarily but Biden is a good Democrat and will be an unrelentless voice of support for our nominee. I pity McCain's VP choice who will get chewed up in a debate with this man.

1. Biden probably makes the most sense for Obama..
it's a well-rounded ticket. Overall, very few weaknesses.

2. The V.P.s only have one debate I think
Now who can you picture going up against Joe Biden? Mealy mouth Pawlenty? Aw shucks Huckabee? Vacant stare Romney? Bobby Jindal?

The Republicans are in big trouble with this one. They have no one for a V.P. choice that can take the verbal barrage Joe can unleash :-).

I also liked Richardson 1st but this makes perfect sense.
