Please note the time (6:57 EDT) on the post. Between that time and the time Keith went on, the source changed their story on the timing of the text message. That is why the report only RULED OUT choices. The thinking was that the source on the Biden pick and the text msg time needed to be checked further. This is also why Chris said nothing during Hardball.
