What a dismissive, insulting thing to say - not only the lettuce-picking directive but the slam that "you couldn't do it for a full season." Maybe somebody who didn't grow up in a family full of admirals, who jilted his wife for an obscenely rich young blonde trust-fund mistress, would consider that viable work if they needed to be able to "put food on their families." their specialty - working in the hot sun for 12 hours a day, and sometimes bending over a whole lot, too. mcsame would wither in such conditions in less than two minutes. Rather presumptuous and dismissive of him, I think. Go ahead and insult and demean those Americans, and others, who do the REAL, HONEST-TO-GOD Hard Work.
