37. He's not anti-choice
NARAL gave the guy a 100%.

From the looks of it, you're absolutely right about the anti-gay part, though.

educate them.

6. I don't think we're going to take TX based on a House Rep. He's district-wide, not
state-wide, like a Senator or Governor. And is he good at speeches? Does he have some experience in the national spotlight? These are my concerns. He has a good resume and is a nice-looking man, but if he were such hot shit, why doesn't anyone know who he is?

8. I live in TX-17 and, though I admit that I don't
follow his record like I should, I'm told by local party officials that he is nothing more than a DINO who goes unchallenged and is funded by local right-wing big-wigs. Our local Yellow Dog Dems practically despise him.

12. I don't think we would take texas even if Troy Aikman was on the ticket.
They aren't picking some unknown guy. If he was even in the running they would have leaked enough for reporters to have been mentioning him for a while now.

Donnie McClurkin, Kirbyjon Caldwell, Sam Nunn, Tim Kaine, Leah Daughtry: there's a definite pattern here, and it's not a pretty one.

The people that voted for that are constitutionally, morally, and politically wrong. We shouldn't be passing amendments that reduce freedom.
