He is Out of Touch with middle-class America.



He is Out of Touch with names of States, Sects and Leaders that we need a President to know.



He is Out of Touch with the Economy.



He is Out of Touch with his own positions. He is Out of Touch with his own Life.



He is Out of Touch, and Out to Lunch.

I thought it was the same shot, just an earlier sequence. But, chimpy's buttons are gone.
