1. The biggest perspective is that the election is not a national one,
but a 50 state election. McCain should not just be defeated, but crushed.

2. True enough. But for all the "momentum" people, I thought I'd show this.

3. You forgot to add one thing
almost all of the polls, while still showing Obama with a slight lead, are within the MOE and show gains for McCain from their previous poll. If your point is to show Zogby is an outlier, fine, but it may be a harbinger of things to come unless the Obama people get off their high horse and start treating this campaign for what it is...a street fight.

4. Looks like McCain's "lead" was as fabricated as his "cross in the sand" fable.
Seriously.. republicans can't win without lying and cheating. Even when they lose they insist they won and will pound the press into the ground until they agree.

5. Just a couple weeks ago, Obama was in Europe and correct on all the foreign policy...

The Pentagon, Iraq agreed with him on the timeline and Afghanistan, and the King of Jordan enjoyed him so much, he personally drove him to the airport. My husband and I were in Ireland giving out O'Bama buttons and stickers.

Now, Obama appears as thoughtful on a faith forum, opposed to the McCain spitting out campaign bites. Mccain & Co convinces Georgia to start a war, rattle sabres, and now Obama is a bum? I don't think so.

A lot of negative campaigning and media agreement, touting soft spots as gospel, and the sky is falling, in just two weeks.

I am concerned that Obama will not be able to divert from the Cold War embrace of Georgia (after donating money and military), applauding NATO entry and shield taunting, in what should be McCain's real putting of campaign and winning before truth and country.

Shame on them, but the media is not picking up on their timing and their treason. There are some journalists who would listen: Olbermann, Richard Wolffe, Rachel, Jonathan Alter, Cafferty, Conason, and even Gergen might respond to a reminder after going agush over McNasty's performance. Fineman is a shill since first pitching for Bush, but worth a try. Let's write to them.
