3. Willie because I love the crazy Scots. But seriously, why no Smithers?
He's shown through the years just how good he is at being the #2 without much, if any, reward at all.

10. His Barbie collection would probably disqualify him...
...and isn't Willie a Scot and therefore not viable?

14. I believe Willie could still be VP if he's a naturalized citizen but I'm not sure on that.

17. Nope.
Must be born a citizen. That's why the wonderful governor of Michigan, Jennifer Granholm isn't on the short list. She was born in Canada.

And why Republicans have muttered about changing the Constitution so that the Terminator can run.

7. VOTE QUIMBY!!!
Without a Mayor Quimby, our town would really stink,
We wouldn't have a tire yard, or a mid-size roller rink.
We wouldn't have our gallows, or our shiny Bigfoot trap,
It's not the mayor's fault that the stadium collapsed!

19. Quimby is the only one that has a machine that beats the GOP
Springfield seems to have a pretty strong GOP machine. Quimby is able to maintain his mayorship in the face of this strong GOP machine.
