Could be wrong, but I think Biden said he's not the guy for a simple reason - because he knows he isn't. I also think "the guy," whoever he or she may be, already knows. Probably all of the short-listers do, but Biden is the only one with a low enough tolerance for BS and games to actually come out with it.

I loved Biden's delivery - without even stopping his truck, he grins and says "I'm not the guy. See ya." Classic Joe, LOL.

2. Sorry, but Biden just clarified his statement. Apparently he didn't mean what he said.

He hasn't spoken to the campaign and doesn't know either way.

looks like he may not want a bulldog VP.

He looks comfortable doing that himself. Come to think of it, it's not needed. The Republicans and McCain have dug this country into such a deep hole, Obama will gain points whacking them himself.

4. Keith O just gave an update. Biden returned home and said he didn't know anything.

He hadn't been contacted by the campaign at all. When asked if he was still under consideration, he said that he knows as much as they (the reporters) do.

Either he really doesn't know, or somebody called him on the golf course and told him to keep up the charade.

Either because he IS, or he's very happy he isn't. My guess is, he IS.
