I would love to see Kucinich get a cabinet position where he could do some good immediately. Put him in charge of Labor and wait for the wailing to begin.... would be music to our ears!

To say one has seen an object in the sky one cannot identify is a long way from belief in 'little green men' and the like....

I want to think you're funny. Honest I do.

But you're not. Are you? C'mon, you can admit it. You're among friends. Aren't you?

3. I hope so!
I love Dennis--in all the "candidate calculators" during the primaries, after I answered all the questions, he and Mike Gravel always came up as my top 2 choices. He's got serious balls and would be great as a labor secretary. Hell, I'd take him as V.P., but he's not telegenic and comes across as too intense (see the first reply to your posting). Don't get me wrong--I like Obama, but in a perfect world Dennis would be our candidate and would clean house and kick ass when elected.

And that's just the truth.

Any scenario with Kucinich in the cabinet is just fantasy.

I wouldn't count on. There is no reason to be arrogant and rude. People withdraw their support when a person gets too full of themself and starts to step on others. That is what I am seeing here. That is not change people can believe. That is the same old bullshit.

However, Ron Paul does get a few things right. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

17. Health care Czar.
I really hate using a name for the long dead Russian monarchy for this sort of thing, but it's become the media word unfortuantely.

Dennis' health plan is the one we need. Let's put him in charge of it, and put the full power of the executive branch behind him.

20. I do like him for that as well
But I think he does serve best in the house. He keeps people on their toes and when he runs for pres kicks their asses in the debates (when he's given time).

Unfortunatly in a cabinet position we lose him on a lot of other issues. There are people better e;quipped to deal the the health care mess.

21. I would offer Kucinich a position that works for peace in the Middle East
I don't know what the position would be named nor if the cabient position has yet to be made, but his message of wanting peace should not be joked about.

No, he doesn't look like Robert Redford or Tom Cruise. No, he's not some towering person physically. No, he doesn't have a radio voiceover professional's voice.

He does have a good message and it certainly would not hurt America and its interest in the World. Perhaps the World would like to have Kucinich in some capacity dealing with peace issues.

29. That is a joke
The whole notion of a Department of Peace is a farce, and complete pandering. If Dennis really wanted to promote peace, then he would select an advocate for peace as his Secretary of State. There is no need for a new cabinet position.

38. There should be...
but there isn't. Obama does not share DK's positions on the issues he cares the most about: NAFTA/Fair Trade, suicidal American militarism and the Bill of Rights. It would be great to see someone with DK's views as Sec Def, Attny General or Trade Rep.

But it aint gonna happen. We'll get a warmed over Clinton interventionist at Defense, a "put it behind us" appeaser as AG and a Wall Street corporatist for Trade.

I support Obama, but I do so with my eyes wide open.
