Polls show that Americans strongly believe that we should never have gone in. McCain has talked about pouring money in there for a century.

People have other ideas about how to use that money.

Read a true transcript of the debate performance that won the White House for Reagan in 1980. Most transcripts have been edited for grammar, but the real transcript has almost no sentences in it. Just disjointed phrases separated by "..." You can't make heads or tails of it, but it was the most effective debate performance of the TV era.
