The Forum tonight: Advantage to Obama

Obama came across as thoughtful and inspiring -- as a guy who thinks big thoughts and like to talk about them in a respectful way. McCain, for the most part, threw out red meat for the base and tried to get applause.

Advantage: Obama.

After tonight, a lot of people will have a hard time believing the right-wing talking points about Obama and his views.

People will come away knowing two things:

1) That Obama IS a Christian and a thoughtful guy.

2) That "Maverick John McCain" has thrown in his lot with those who would imprison (or maybe execute) abortion doctors and women who have abortions.

(you knew there would be a but) the MSM will portray a very different picture of the forum and most peopel didn't and won't ever see the forum and will only decide based on media reports.
