I received another e-mail today telling lies or half truths about

Obama. The e-mail was about how unpatriotic Obama is because he removed a flag from the campaign airplane that he had repainted, etc. for the campaign. This is my response to that e-mail.


Sorry to burst your bubble, but there is an explanation for the "removal of the flag" from Obama's leased plane. It was leased from North American Airlines for the campaign and the
flag symbol of the tail HAD to be replaced because that stylized flag was trademarked by North American Airlines. If you notice the plane now, it has an American flag on another place on the plane. If you don't believe me, check out the story on Snopes.com.

I am very much into the Obama campaign and have been canvassing and phone banking while in Maine for the summer. Will also do what I can do for his election when I get back to Florida.

I never forward anything political and always check out the so called facts before I believe anything. Too many lies and distortions are floating around the internet and believed by people without first checking into finding the truth. Most of these things can be checked with Snopes or Factcheck. No, I will not be forwarding your e-mail to anyone, although it is true that the flag was removed. Your e-mail needs to tell the whole story of why the flag was removed.

...it HAD to be changed. Obama was following the law.
