Ill say this about Hillary
I just got back from seeing her here in Las Vegas. I am not sure if its possible to have her as VP after the way her campaign was run or the Vetting problem with Bills library, but she is on board. She is a great campaigner when she stays possitive and she was nothing but possitive for Obama today.

It is sad that she chose to go with the Kitchen sink strategy after it was already too late. It has made many people that would be behind her as VP distrustful of her myself included.

It could have been a slam dunk but is not because of the actions of her campaign. She showed a lot of class today though and she even talked over loud people in the crowd that were encouraging her to buy into a divisive message.

My days of thinking Hillary is not on board are officially over today.

I still don't think Obama will make her VP but if he does I will be OK with it.

Thanks Hillary you did great today.

3. This was not a dirty campaign.
It really wasn't. She didn't touch Rev. Wright or Michelle Obama's comments about patriotism. A dirty campaigner would have done that.

I'm glad she came off well today.

I don't think she's VP material for a lot of reasons. He should choose whomever he feels comfortable working with.

You can't choose your family, but you can choose your pastor.
I definitely would have left that church.

There was no need to do much more, because the media did the work for her.

4. I still think the "kitchen sink" thing was Bill and Penn overriding her....
I just don't believe that's the way she wanted to go. It's just a feeling. But that they could override her was a problem as a presidential candidate, and remains a problem as a potential VP candidate, as far as I'm concerned.

9. WONDERFUL to hear. Thank you for sharing. Here's the thing: Obama & Hillary need each other.
I'm not saying his must pick her as VP. But I do believe their political futures will be linked for some time to come.

Obama needs her support and endorsement. And down the line, Hillary will need his.

I hope they realize that sooner rather than later.

14. Obama does need her support
Cause if she decided to be nasty she could stir it up enough to get Mcain elected. I think Her performance today suggests she plans on being a powerful senator from new york instead, or perhaps though It would still make me very nervous VP.

24. I didnt get a chance to we got there late
The front section was already packed and I had my boy with me. She didnt take questions from the crowd.

I did see some mcsame supporters there though outside. One even had the balls to fill his front windshield with a mccain sign out in the depths of the parking lot.

She is an attack dog, which is what the Veep nominee is supposed to be.

27. I dont think she needs to be on the ticket to win
I do think she is one hell of a campaigner when she sticks to the positives. After watching her today I can see where she probably would do more good than harm on the ticket. Something that I was very worried about before.

There was certainly a lot of love in the room for her today. For Obama as well. And Dina Titus !

29. That's cool.
As long as she shows a united front in public then all is good. I read a few threads on what is (or what may be going on) inside the Clinton campaign (all these internal e-mails), and I think it's only natural for the camps to make some comments that may not be kosher if they were made public. I'm sure it happens in the Obama camp and in the Dean camp and in the Kucinich camp, etc, etc, etc. But as long as everyone's united publicly then I am cool.

I know there are some things said in private at my company that wouldn't look so good if they were made public. It happens.
