Going mostly just on instinct here but I think it might be Richardson
He was in Bubba's admin. so it wouldn't be a stretch to have Clinton intro him and Bill does need to make nice after the traitor comments so that would be a good unity move too.

3. I don't think Clinton would be inclined to introduce Richardson as VP
considering his rather, um, negative reaction to Richardson's endorsement of Obama.
