11. Just heard on the news that tickets are non-transferable.
They're assigned to a specific person when issued, and they'll revoke the ticket ID number in the database if the ticket's given to someone else, or someone who's not named on the ticket tries to get in.

In other words, at least it'll be more difficult for the scalpers...
